2)guests will be required to provide their personal data and an identity document for registration on the AlloggiatiWeb portal, and on the portal of the Tuscany Region and the Municipality, in compliance with the requirements of Italian legislation: art. 109 TULPS, art. 12 of legislative decree no. 59 of 1978, art. 7 of legislative decree n. 286 of 1998 and art. 193 of royal decree n. 635 of 1940 (Communication of guests data to the Police Headquarters), art. 84 bis regional law n. 862016 "Consolidated text of the regional tourism system" which provides for a "Communications for statistical purposes" (Communication of data to the Region) and art. 70 regional law n. 862016 "Consolidated text of the regional tourism system" (Communication to the Municipality).
3) Guests will have to pay in cash at check-in €1.50 per person per night for the tourist tax to the Municipality of Massarosa. You will receive a message with the total amount to be paid.
4) Check-in with key delivery in person from 3pm to 6pm. Check-out by 9.00am; KEYS and the REMOTE CONTROL of the parking gate: Do not lose the keys, you may be charged a cost of €100.00
5) IT IS IMPORTANT (Remind the kind Guests):
To followprecautions for using the swimming pool. Do not use glass or ceramic around the pool. Do not leave minors unattended, it is compulsory to shower before entering the pool, it is forbidden to divethe pool or do any urination in the pool. We remind our guests to respect the hours of silence, paying attention to respect for the neighbourhood. - There are no bins in the city, waste collection is organized door to door on the days and in the manner that you will find inside the house and it is essential separate the materials as indicated in the house AND arrange them outside the doorgate when indicated by the CALENDAR ► IF WE FIND EXCESS TRASH AT CHECK-OUT WHY NOT. -Heating: starting from November 1st it is possible to turn on the heating as the Tuscany Region has established (it is not possible to turn it on before). An additional cost of €10day is required to be paid at check-out. -SORTED CORRECTLY OR NOT DISPOSED OF DURING THE WEEK, we would have to charge you €60.00 TO BE ABLE TO TAKE IT TO THE LANDFILL. However, dont worry if at check-out you only have something left over because it wasnt collected the previous day. Please do not put it outside, but leave it in the appropriate bins-bags in the houseterracegarden and we kindly ask you to cooperate and be responsible for the waste you produce! However, for any information or clarification you can ask the host.
